For later cancellation or a no-show, retain the actual agreed first-night room charge for each affected room and refund the remaining paid room charges. Cancellation and no-show charges are not combined.
Existing bookings retain their confirmed terms. OTA, group and long-stay bookings follow their platform or separately agreed terms.
Both room rates are valid for stays within 12 October 2026–25 August 2028. Dates outside this period require a fresh quotation.
